How should we work out from here?
Boo~As captain, i must admit that adminstration wise im not really doing a good job. Honestly I really poor at managing stuff. But you guys know me, I manage by passion I guess. Try to influence everyone work hard together kind. But given this year HO, as a freshie, I do understand what are we capable of, and mayb its time we attempt to progress.
I think we can try to build a stronger team. We have experienced people to teach, coaching wise we have zhao ming and even people who graduate can come back to coach and impart their skills. The issue seems more like whether do we have the new bloods to join us.
Recruitment is a start. Team identity follows. I apologise for lacking of team identity stuff like cheer tshirt.
SKM is really to gain experience on cheering outside of NTU. Current status is we really lack bases. We always lack bases. So recruitment start even now. Current freshie batch we can look for more base too. Hopefully we can come up with a recruitment drive. Haha. Door to door. Now that cheers to me have a better profile among hall oners. Its not really hard to train up bases, see elton join few months can TTH liao. Haha.
Ok la. On the lighter note, i guess every1 is saturated after HO n wanna slack awhile. But i can see people gian wanna cheer. Now is e time realli to experiment n train our basics.
LETS HAVE A CHEER PRACTICEs on Recess Week ba. I guess people we have to do some training. And if wanna join SKM must make effort to train de. Lets train in the evenin. I can check with Hall 10 if we can train in their Hall. LEss hot. Ha.. Ok..
